You can see a Case Officer at Citiplace between 11am and 1pm on the first Friday of the month.

Where is Citiplace located?

Citiplace is located upstairs, outside Perth Train Station’s Platform 8. Simply tell the reception team you would like to speak with HaDSCO and they will direct you to our room.

Do I need to book an appointment?

There is no need to book, we only accept walk-ins.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

You don’t need to bring anything, but if you have receipts, records or messages that might help us understand your case then you may find it useful to bring that information.
