Health and Disability Services Complaints Office
The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) is an independent statutory authority providing an impartial resolution service for complaints relating to health or disability services provided in the State of Western Australia. This service is free and available to all users and providers of health or disability services. HaDSCO was formerly known as the Office of Health Review until November 2010.
Acting impartially and in confidence, HaDSCO reviews and reports on the causes of complaints, undertakes investigations, suggests service improvements and advises service providers about effectively resolving complaints.
HaDSCO promotes leadership in the delivery of health and disability services via effective communication and supports improvement through complaint resolution.
HaDSCO is pleased to launch the Collaborate and Learn online platform. This site will create an opportunity for HaDSCO to listen, engage and respond to consumers and providers in a collaborative way. The Online Collaboration Platform provides HaDSCO with the option of establishing dedicated project or area pages where reports, information and topical discussions can be shared.
