Disability Services Complaints During NDIS Transition

The State Government announced on 21 May 2020 that Western Australia's transition to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Quality and Safeguards Commission will be deferred from 1 July 2020 to 1 December 2020. Information is available in the media statement from the State Government.

The Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO) will continue to take complaints about disability services provided in Western Australia, including those funded by the NDIS. For more information please see our guide to complaints about disability services, please contact us.
